While TMCF encourages all team members to utilize their allotted PTO each year, TMCF recognizes some team members will not have an opportunity to utilize all offered PTO due to the needs of the business. Given this circumstance, TMCF will allow team members to carry over PTO days based on their respective job titles. PTO carry-over provisions are as follows:
Chief, executive director, executive vice president, senior vice president and vice president team members allotted PTO carry-over days:
• Up to 10 days/80 hours
All other full-time team members allotted carry-over days:
• Up to five days/40 hours
Each team members’ number of available PTO days/hours should not exceed 25 days/200 hours annually unless the
law of the jurisdiction in which they principally work dictates otherwise.
New full-time team members will accrue a pro-rata share of vacation time from the date of hire through that portion of the remaining calendar year actually worked. The PTO proration schedules for new hires are as follows:
