All other full-time team members:
 While new full-time team members will accrue vacation time during the 90-day introductory period, new full- time team members will not be permitted to utilize any such accrued vacation until the conclusion of the 90-day introductory period.
Team members will not be paid in lieu of taking time off. Additionally, PTO does not count towards overtime. Part-time temporary team members are not eligible for PTO. Team members must schedule PTO with their supervisor in advance. Each team member’s supervisor reserves the right to decline a request for PTO in the interest of facilitating TMCF work needs. PTO is not applied to time off for jury duty or other civic obligation, military leave, maternity leave, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave or medical leave, as there are specific requirements to be followed in these situations. Team members must contact his or her supervisor and/or the human resources department in these instances.
