WORK-FROM-HOME MONDAYS
TMCF allows all DC office team members to work from home on Mondays. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline. Team members are expected to
be just as productive as they would be in the office during TMCF core working hours, should be readily accessible to fellow team members and supervisors and are required to make themselves available to participate in calls and meetings as circumstances necessitate.
TMCF REMOTE TEAM MEMBERS
Along with offering a flexible environment, TMCF has team members who work full-time, remotely. Team members who are considered remote team members are expected, like all other team members, to adhere to all rules, procedures, policies and guidelines as outlined in the team manual. Team members must be as accessible as during core working hours. Remote team members who have questions or concerns should consult with his or supervisor or human resources department to discuss further.
ANNIVERSARY AND BIRTHDAY PROGRAM
TMCF’s team member anniversary program honors team members for their annual service by allowing them to take a day off to celebrate their anniversary. Team members must request this time off on the day or in the same month of their annual anniversary. Self-evidently, this opportunity is not available to team members in their first year of employment.
TMCF’s team member birthday program similarly honors team members for their service by allowing them to take a day off to celebrate their birthday. Team members must request this time off on the day or in the same month of their birthday.
Supervisors have the right to deny a request if organizational needs prevent team members from using their anniversary or birthday paid time off in the month in which it typically would be used. The team member’s supervisor may grant them additional time to use the paid time off.
Team members should record paid time off using the Nexonia platform with the corresponding coding.
Any team member on performance or other introductory status is not eligible to participate in the anniversary and birthday paid time off program.
