BONUS INCENTIVE POLICY
TMCF offers an end-of-year bonus incentive to all full-time team members. The bonus incentive is only available to be offered at the end of the fiscal year. It is not guaranteed and is dispersed at the sole discretion of the organization and based on the team member’s performance as determined by his or her supervisor.
Only full-time, regular team members who have satisfactorily completed a year
of employment are eligible to receive the full bonus incentive. Team members
who do not meet this requirement are eligible to receive a prorated portion of the
bonus incentive disbursed at the sole discretion of TMCF and the team member’s supervisor.
Team members who terminate their employment before the end of the bonus period are not eligible for any portion of the bonus incentive. Similarly, team members who are terminated are not eligible for any portion of the bonus incentive.
The percentage of each team member’s salary which is eligible for the bonus incentive is predicated upon the team member’s seniority level, satisfactory job performance and successful credit card reconciliation. The bonus incentive percentage plan is as follows:
Hired prior to 6/1/2025
• Chief, executive director, executive vice president, vice president, senior vice president - up to 20% of the base salary
• Assistant vice president, associate vice president, senior director - up to 15% of the base salary
• Director, senior manager, manager, graphic designer, webmaster, digital strategist, executive assistant,
specialist - up to 10% of the base salary
• Coordinator and recruiter - up to 5% of the base salary
Hired after 6/1/2025
• Chief - up to 20% of the base salary
• Executive director, executive vice president, vice president, senior vice president - up to 15% of
the base salary
• Assistant vice president, associate vice president, senior director - up to 10% of the base salary
• Director, senior manager, manager, graphic designer, webmaster, digital strategist, executive assistant,
specialist - up to 5% of the base salary
• Coordinator and recruiter - up to 3% of the base salary
