EVS employees at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort took part in a week of games, including toilet paper bowling and the blindfold vacuum competition. And in Bay
St. Louis, Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast employees participated in the Housekeeping Olympics. The employees, who received special shirts, were also treated to the buffet one day and enjoyed breakfast and treats brought in on other days.
Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica celebrated Housekeeping Week with competitions and even some royal events.

      Employees came together for a party celebrating the hard work of the hotel staff with food and drinks and even various contests, including bed making and toilet paper roll basketball.
But it was the crowning of royalty that made the
day so special.

attendant, as Mr. &
Ms. Housekeeping 2023. The two had their picture taken with Gold Strike’s Craytonia
Collins, vice president of hospitality, and Carolyn Wright, director of housekeeping.
Trop Greenville housekeeping and EVS employees received gifts from Bath & Body Works, and also enjoyed an appreciation board signed by team members.
The past few years, housekeeping and EVS staffs have worked harder than ever keeping up with new cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Added Hard Rock’s Holland, “Their jobs became even more important after we reopened after the pandemic due to the heavy
disinfection that is needed 24/7 in order to make our guests feel safe.”
