Topper on Cutlines
Harlow’s Casino Resort & Spa participated in the 14th annual College and Career Fair hosted by Congressman Bennie G. Thompson. The event, held at the JT Coliseum in Moorehead, enabled the property’s human resources team to seek candidates for jobs at Harlow’s as well as opportunities at other Churchill Downs properties. Pictured with Thompson (center) are Carolyn Drakes, Harlow’s human resources business partner, and Roslyn Hinton, director of human resources.

Restaurateur, chef, New York Times best-selling author, and television personality Guy Fieri (center) visited his first restaurant in Mississippi, Guy Fieri’s Tunica Kitchen + Bar at Horseshoe Casino Tunica. Fieri spent time with employees and even took a group photo with the entire restaurant team during a private event.
High School Career Fair
Silver Slipper Casino Hotel participated in the Career Fair at Hancock High School, where high schoolers had the opportunity to learn about a variety of jobs and programs. Christen Riley, HR employment generalist, and Kendra McArthur, advertising and publicity manager, talked to students and shared information on working at Silver Slipper.
