Workers lauded at IP Casino Resort
BILOXI — IP Casino Resort Spa recently recognized Team Member of the Month winners for November and December. Additionally, the Team Leaders of the Quarter were honored along with Part-Time Team Member of the Quarter.
In November, front-of-house Team Members of the Month were Kalauai Glaude, master bank cashier; Dylan Dixon, slots; and Rhea Neal, EVS. Back-of-house winners were Katelynn Bailey, lead line cook; Tavon Griffin, lead line cook; and Carolyn Shaw, status board operator.
December front-of-house Team Members of the Month were Kevin White, dealer; Marie Richardson, custodian; and Mark Peterson, bartender. Back-of-house winners were Tina Pettigo, lead line cook; Chris Kelly, lead line cook; and William Bradley, night auditor.
Reginald Salters, shift supervisor, and Mark Agent, room chef, were named Team Leaders of the Quarter, while Blake Duke, banquets, was honored as Part-Time Team Member of the Quarter.
Winners received food certificates and a cash prize, as well as additional gifts.

Chassity Keon Hardin Jones
Icons of the Quarter
Hard Rock Biloxi named its Icons and Producer of the Quarter for the first quarter of the year. Chassity Hardin, spa, non-gaming; and Keon Jones, security, gaming, were recognized.
Hardin has been at the property for 10 years, while Jones has been employed at the Hard Rock for two years. Johnson Nguyen (right), culinary, was the Iconic Producer
of the Quarter. He has been at the property for five years.
Harrah’s Honors
Harrah’s Gulf Coast named its Team Member, Team Leader and Rookie of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of the year. Jaydan Cryer (below, left), hotel front desk clerk, was named Team Member
of the Quarter, while Kristine “Kris” Sala (below,
right), hotel operations assistant manager, was named Team Leader of the Quarter. Rookie of the Quarter was Rebecca “Becky” Sutcliffe, lead security officer, pictured above with Harrah’s executives, including General Manager Jonathan Jones. The winners each received a personal parking spot and Total Return credits that can be redeemed for prizes. Additionally, the winners received an automatic entry into the 2026 Caesars Founders Awards.

Murray and Walker each received a cash prize, an engraved trophy, a day off with pay, and a reserved parking space. Both are also eligible for the Crewmember and Supervisor of the Year award.
While Murray has

months, he quickly has become a valuable member of the team. According to John Dean, director of security, “[Murray] demonstrates a strong desire to learn and approaches his duties with focus, accountability, and a positive attitude.
