Extraordinary HERO
Bernice McCray, casino manager at Trop Greenville, was named a Caesars Extraordinary Regional HERO Award winner. With more than 20 years of experience in the casino industry, McCray credits her professional success to her strong customer service skills and her genuine love for working with people. She was nominated for the award in recognition of her commitment to community service. As the chair of the HERO program, McCray remains dedicated to making a meaningful difference and serving her community with passion and purpose.
Beau housekeeping gets top honor
BILOXI — The Beau Rivage housekeeping department was awarded the MGM Resorts International SHOW Service Excellence Award for the third quarter of 2025. The SHOW Service Excellence Award is MGM Resorts International’s most prestigious honor, recognizing
one high-performing, guest-centric department
among MGM Resorts portfolio of properties.
The recognition
is awarded to a
property team
that demonstrates
the company’s
commitment to
providing excellent guest service. The housekeeping department was recognized for consistently going above and beyond for its guests, resulting in a high level of visitor satisfaction. The team was also recognized for its culture of recognizing and fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace.

In addition to being recognized in Las Vegas, the team was also honored at Beau Rivage by fellow employees at a reception and special lunch with the menu chosen by the housekeeping staff.
From 5 to 30 years, Treasure Bay celebrates employees
BILOXI — Crewmembers celebrating anniversaries ranging from five years to 30 years at Treasure Bay were recently honored at a special luncheon held at the end of 2025. President and COO Susan Varnes recognized each honoree with a certificate, a commemorative photo frame, and a cash award in appreciation of their dedication and commitment.
“These are the individuals who have helped create the environment that makes Treasure Bay so special,” Varnes said during the presentation. “Their warmth and attention
to our guests are a big reason we continue to enjoy such remarkable loyalty.”
In 2025, four crewmembers — Patty Graham, Laura Morris, Claude Russell and Jimmie Smith — were recognized for their 30 years of service at the Biloxi property, while Bobbie Boudreaux, Lisa McCurry, Mike Schillinger, Melanie Torres and Matthew Ulm celebrated 25 years and Theo Davis, Glynn Griffin and Toni Seymour
marked 20 years.
Recognized for 15 years at Treasure
Bay were Ed Glaser, April Jarman, Steven McLean, Kim Peacock, Lisa Peacock, Shelly Pinkerton and Jason Tschudy. Armad Bailey, Jan Bartos, Mirna Bonilla, Tyrone Clark, Joey Hano, Ramona Hill, Mario Hughes, Ken Martin, Angela
Matthews, Drena McCord, Rosheena Morrisette, B.J. Smith, Lakesha Snerling, Tonya Stallworth, Tameka Thomas and Larry Wright were honored for 10 years.
