Beau Rivage recognizes Stars of the Show
      BILOXI — Beau Rivage named its quarterly Stars of the SHOW, honoring those recognized in October, November and December. To be named a Star of the SHOW is to receive the highest form of property-level employee recognition at the Biloxi property.
Stars for October included Walter Hawthorne, front desk; Sabrina Pippen, BetMGM; Linda Munger, bakery; Tanita Christopher, housekeeping; Jenny Thomas, marketing; and Lauren Gaytan, customer care.
November Stars were Melissa Fanugao, sales and catering; 12 MISSISSIPPI GAMING NEWS SPRING 2026
Jaden Toliver, BR Prime; Shikila Hill, MGM Rewards; DJ Jennings, MGMAir; Nina Caagbay, EVS; Steven McAlpin, cage; and Coleen Spencer, housekeeping.
And in December, Stars included Nichole Thais, MGMAir; Shirl Williams, stewarding; Jackie White, housekeeping; Kim Lyon, table games; Casey Marcotte, food and beverage; and Lindsey Stumbo, horticulture.
Supervisors nominate employees who go above and beyond in their roles. A committee selects the Stars of the SHOW.
‘Heroic actions’ lead to award BILOXI —Treasure Bay Casino and
 Hotel recently recognized outstanding crewmembers for the fourth quarter
of 2025. Nominated by their peers
and supervisors, these individuals
were honored for their dedication, achievements, and commitment to service excellence.
Dalton Fletcher, maintenance engineer, was named Crewmember of the Quarter and Trevor Miller, senior sous chef in the Infinity Buffet, was named Supervisor of the Quarter.
A Treasure Bay employee for two years, Fletcher was recognized for his work ethic along with his quick thinking and heroic actions during a medical emergency. “During a routine property check, Dalton’s swift action resulted in saving a life,”
said Jason Tschudy, facilities operations manager. “While entering The Cove dining room, he observed a guest who had
fallen unconscious while eating. Dalton immediately assisted the guest to the floor and began administering CPR. After clearing food from the guest’s airway,
the man began breathing again. Dalton demonstrated exceptional presence of mind, skill, and compassion.”
Miller has been with Treasure Bay for 18 years. “Trevor is the quiet force behind our buffet, always thinking several steps ahead, keeping the team calm, and solving problems before they ever appear,” said

Dominique Love, Infinity Buffet manager. “His steady leadership builds trust, and his patient, intentional style has earned him the nickname ‘The Professor.’ His dedication, high standards, and genuine care strengthen the team every day and help lay the foundation for long-term success.”
Nominees Mario Adams, Candy Curseen, Anthony Dafun, Maureen Daniels, Dawayne Ellis, Jamaul Heidelberg, Terry Odom, Bobby Phan, Kristi Reeder, Crystal Royal, Steven Smoke and Kathryn Stokes were honored with cash prizes and a special gift certificate. Fletcher and Miller also earned engraved trophies, a paid day off, reserved parking, and a chance at the Crewmember of the Year award.

 Bally’s Vicksburg named its recent Team Member and Team Leader of the Quarter. (Above) Keona O’Neal, Southern Bites cashier, was named Team Member of the Quarter, and Priscilla Jackson (below), security supervisor, was named Team Leader of the Quarter. The winners, pictured with General Manager Derrius Morris, each received a cash award along with preferred parking and a trophy.
