 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
TMCF has an unequivocal policy of equal employment opportunity. Here at
TMCF, equal employment opportunity means that all qualified applicants are
considered for employment and all team members are treated equally during
employment without regard to their race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation,
age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran or military
status, marital status, HIV-positive status, citizenship, as well as any other category protected by applicable law. TMCF absolutely prohibits discrimination or harassment based on any of the criteria listed above. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
Team members should report instances of possible discrimination and harassment, regardless of whether you
or someone else is the subject of the discrimination. TMCF’s human resources department is responsible for formulating, implementing, coordinating and monitoring all efforts in the area of equal employment opportunity. If an investigation determines that prohibited discrimination or other conduct which violates a TMCF policy has occurred, TMCF will take corrective action, up to and including termination of employment, against those who engaged in the misconduct. TMCF will also evaluate whether other employment practices should be added or modified to deter and prevent that conduct in the future. Team members will be informed of whatever action(s) TMCF takes to resolve the situation, consistent with any privacy concerns.
