EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Through the relationship with Insperity, TMCF employees can access a one-stop, fully integrated employee assistance program (EAP) that can help improve the quality of life both on and off the job. The program helps with concerns that have the potential to interfere with workplace effectiveness as well as address issues related to:
• Emotional well-being
• Addiction and recovery
• Stress management
• Parenting and childcare
• Wellness and nutrition
• Resources for older adults
• Financial issues
• Marriage and family concerns

TMCF supports its team members’ academic efforts, and believes formal education increases job performance. All regular, full-time team members who have worked for TMCF for at least one year, may be eligible to participate in TMCF’s Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), at the sole discretion of the president/CEO, based upon on a number of factors including, but not limited to, type of program, field of study as it relates to your current or future position within TMCF and the financial condition of TMCF. Coursework must be completed at an accredited facility and the team member must be matriculating as a part-time student.
Through its partnership with Insperity, TMCF makes available a tuition assistance program where team members can be reimbursed up to $1,500 of confirmed expense annually. Upon approval, team members must use the Insperity Contact Center to apply for reimbursement under this program or to secure additional details.
TMCF understands that a team member’s continued education may exceed the Insperity assistance maximum of $1,500. If a team member requires additional reimbursement for their educational expenses, TMCF may aid up to $4,400 annually to its team members to help cover tuition, textbooks and fees provided that the team member fulfills the education assistance program requirements. Team members must provide proof of additional assistance needed, for example, if a team member requires a reimbursement of $5,000. Anticipating all requirements of this program have been met, Insperity will reimburse the team member for $1,500. The team member must provide proof of reimbursement and additional fees needed to the human resources department. If additional assistance has been approved for reimbursement, TMCF will reimburse the team member $3,500. TMCF has the sole discretion to determine the amount for which a team member is reimbursed; therefore, team members are not guaranteed to receive full coverage of expenses even if expenses are below the aforementioned maximum coverage.
TMCF will not provide any reimbursement if the cumulative GPA for the courses for which the team member seeks reimbursement is below 2.5 at the undergraduate level and 3.0 at the graduate level or if a grade in any
