JOB POSTING
TMCF provides team members an opportunity to indicate their interest
in open positions in advance within TMCF according to their skills and experience. Job openings and job descriptions will be shared internally to gauge team member interest. TMCF reserves its discretionary right to not post a particular opening.
Team members who have a written warning on file, or are on probation or
suspension, are not eligible to apply for posted jobs. Eligible team members are welcome to apply for any position for which they feel they possess the required skills, competencies and qualifications.
TMCF recognizes the benefit of developmental experiences and encourages team members to talk with their supervisors about their career plans. Supervisors are encouraged to support team members’ efforts to gain experience and advance within TMCF.
Job posting is a way to inform team members of openings and to identify qualified and interested applicants who might not otherwise be known to the hiring manager. Other recruiting sources may also be used to fill open positions in the best interest of TMCF.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE
Dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards contribute to the morale of all team members and affect the image TMCF presents to clients and visitors.
During business hours or when representing TMCF, team members are expected to present a clean, neat and tasteful appearance. Team members who are meeting with TMCF business clients or visitors shall dress in business attire. Otherwise, team members’ standard of attire should be business casual. On occasion that team members are participating in the preparation of events, appropriate attire may be something less than business casual.
In such circumstances, proper attire shall be determined at the discretion of each team member’s supervisor. If
a team member’s supervisor feels their personal appearance is inappropriate, that team member may be asked
to leave the workplace until they are properly dressed or groomed. Under such circumstance, team members
may not be compensated for the time away from work due to appearance adjustments. Team members should consult his or her supervisor to address questions as to what constitutes appropriate appearance. In applying the dress code guidelines, supervisors will make reasonable accommodations for dress or grooming directly related to team members’ religion, ethnicity, disabilities or other protected status. Team members should discuss any accommodation needs with their supervisor or the human resources department.
