IMMERSION PROGRAMS
TMCF’s corporate immersions provide students with an inside look at leading companies across various industries, with these experiences taking place at corporate partner headquarters. These multi-day events feature executive-led workshops, hands-on projects and networking opportunities, giving students a competitive edge in their job search. Companies benefit by engaging with a diverse talent pipeline and identifying high-potential candidates for internships and full-time roles.
ARAMARK EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
Eleven students enrolled in historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) were chosen to participate in the second cohort of the Aramark HBCU Emerging Leaders Program. Launched in 2023 in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), the Aramark HBCU Emerging Leaders take part in a two-day immersion at Aramark’s headquarters in Philadelphia to focus on career exploration and professional development.
CAPITAL ONE LAUNCHPAD
In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), Capital One hosted the Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program. This program offered 100 students an opportunity to embark on an extensive and immersive personal, professional and technical development journey under the leadership of Capital One mentors.
CBRE HBCU BOOTCAMP
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and CBRE are proud to partner to host the CBRE HBCU Bootcamp Immersive Experience: Corporate Real Estate 201.
This experience is for HBCU students interested in commercial real estate and investment services.
CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, is building a more diverse workforce that better reflects the communities where we live
and work to drive impact for businesses and people. CBRE’s commitment to racial justice and creating more opportunities for underrepresented people of color in the commercial real estate industry aligns with TMCF’s dedication to increasing African American, as well as overall Black representation, in corporate America.
