  MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL HBCU SCHOLARS PROGRAM
The TMCF Mondelez International HBCU Scholars program is a four-year needs-based scholarship for students attending TMCF member schools. Rising freshmen who apply as high school seniors form a cohort of 15 and receive an award of $9K per year for up to four years. In addition to the formation of a scholarship, Mondelez International requires an immersive experience to commence during their sophomore year. This experience, referred to as the TMCF-Mondelez Immersion Bootcamp, is part of a professional development strategy designed to acquaint HBCU students with career pathways and opportunities with Mondelez-partnered companies. The program design includes guided/self-guided online professional development modules, Gallup assessment and coaching, and an immersion bootcamp.
NOVARTIS CAREER READINESS
AND MENTORING PROGRAM
The Novartis Career Readiness and Mentoring Program is designed
to support talented students attending 26 identified historically Black
colleges and universities (HBCUs) and historically Black medical
schools (HBMSs). This initiative aims to guide, shape and prepare the
next generation of healthcare professionals and leaders by providing career readiness and leadership development experiences over a three-year span. One hundred twenty scholars are selected to receive a $30,000 scholarship, along with access to Coursera, where they can engage in coursework that enhances their training and professional development. Additionally, students participate in skill assessments to evaluate their strengths and areas for growth, accompanied by coaching to help them leverage their skills for future career opportunities.
