CORPORATE SCHOLAR PROGRAMS
TMCF’s corporate scholar programs are intensely competitive, custom-designed talent pipelines that serve as a direct link between top employers (including industry giants like Boeing, Hennessy and Mondelēz International) and the best and brightest students from HBCUs.
These programs immerse hand-selected scholars in targeted experiences. Students participate in rigorous leadership development boot camps, receive personalized mentorship and gain hands-on career experience that leverages the knowledge and networks of corporate leaders. The result is a collaborative learning community where future executives hone critical skills, nurture their originality and step into the workforce not just ready, but poised for impact. They represent a vital blueprint for corporate America’s future.
BOEING
As a part of the Boeing | TMCF HBCU Investment, the Boeing HBCU Immersion is a highly competitive program that brings
the brightest freshmen and sophomores from Boeing’s partner historically Black colleges and universities together for a three-day, all-inclusive, assimilated introduction to The Boeing Company. Facilitated by Boeing leaders and HBCU strategy team, the Boeing HBCU Immersion provides students with increased knowledge and awareness of Boeing products and services. Students also discover myriad possibilities that a future career in business, IT and engineering in the aerospace industry holds.
Students selected for the Boeing HBCU Immersion can virtually experience Boeing corporate culture, while giving Boeing leaders the unique opportunity to engage highly sought freshmen and sophomores from its partner HBCUs.
HENNESSY FELLOWS PROGRAM
The Hennessy Fellows Program is an exclusive opportunity designed for exceptional graduate students from select historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
This prestigious program combines tailored corporate development experiences with generous financial support to empower future leaders.
