HONDA HBCU PROGRAM
TMCF is happy to partner with Honda to identify top HBCU talent for the 2023 Honda Immersion Program. Honda has
a clear vision for the future in 2030, and it’s joyful. They
are looking for people with the individual skills, courage, persistence and dreams that will help them reach their future- focused goals. Students interested in engineering, IT, business, HR, accounting or supply chain/logistics careers are eligible. Through an exclusive partnership with Honda, 30 qualified candidates have an exclusive opportunity to participate in a Honda immersion.
KIEWET IMMERSION PROGRAM
TMCF, in partnership with Kiewit Construction, offers an opportunity for an internship in engineering, field operations, estimating and an immersive experience. Kiewit offers construction and engineering services in a variety of markets, including transportation, oil, gas and chemical, power, building, water, marine, industrial and mining. Going where the work is is one of the many things that makes Kiewit’s culture unique, which exposes students to abundant career opportunities. Teams are relocated based on work that is available, combined with the development plans, skill sets and career goals of each team member.

IMMERSION PROGRAM
TMCF and Las Vegas Sands partnered to host the Sands Hospitality Immersion Program. Sands, a leader in tourism with luxury hotels, meeting facilities and entertainment attractions, has contributed significantly to global tourism
and the economies of its host regions. The Sands Hospitality Immersion Program, part of the company’s community engagement initiative, Sands Cares, offered 12 HBCU students an immersive experience in Las Vegas. The program aimed
to provide students with exposure to the hospitality, tourism and entertainment industries, while fostering an inclusive and diverse working environment that values different perspectives.
