ARAMARK HBCU EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
The Aramark HBCU Immersion Program offers 15 HBCU students an immersive experience at the Aramark headquarters in Philadelphia.
The program focuses on students in their senior year, but students from all classifications are encouraged to apply. This immersion experience exposes participants to Aramark’s organization and culture.
Students attending this immersion will have the opportunity to engage in:
• Planned simulations
• Networking opportunities with executives
• Participation in foundational recruitment activities
• Sessions during the Aramark Employee Resource Group
• Consideration for critical opportunities with the company
for internship and full-time employment post-graduation
• The Aramark HBCU Emerging Leaders Program
Selected scholars will travel and participate in a two-day immersion focusing on career exploration and professional development.
BOEING | TMCF SCHOLARS PROGRAM
Annual Summit
After a successful four-year partnering program, The Boeing Company and TMCF proudly announced renewing the Boeing | TMCF HBCU Investment for another four years beginning in 2022. To ensure continued success with its partnering historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), the Boeing Company has committed to an additional $2 million investment, totaling $8 million for the next four years of the partnership. To date, the Boeing | TMCF team has onboarded five cohorts with a sixth selected
and beginning the scholar journey in 2024. The team is also preparing for its fifth in-person Boeing HBCU Immersion Program and continues to achieve exponential growth of full-time and intern hires.
