Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? Being in the hospitality industry,
I spent a lot of time entertaining clients and developed a passion for ne foods, wines and spirits. When I made the decision to open my own business, I pursued the very thing I had the knowledge and enthusiasm to turn into a successful business.
What I like best about what I do is: My customers and the ability to make a di erence in my community through donations and involvement in local civic organizations.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs: Get involved in your community! The more you give, the more you will receive in customer loyalty.

Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? My grandparents’ kitchen gave
me a foundation and love for cooking with the opportunity to explore and experiment. I spent many days cooking in that little kitchen as well as watching Justin Wilson and other cooking shows on PBS.
What I like best about what I do is: I love
the opportunity to experiment and mix old family traditions with a modern twist. Working with a stellar team that loves food and the experience it brings to those we cook for makes it even better!
My greatest successes have been: My greatest successes have been the opportunity to support our local communities, particularly our schools and children in need around us. I believe it is our duty and responsibility as service providers in our community to give back whenever possible, and the children are a soft spot for me.
