Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? Suzanne: Growing up I watched my dad, Kenny Smith, become a very successful, driven businessman. He opened this real estate company almost 50 years ago, and after getting my business degree I decided to join my dad and get my real estate license. I owe my father much of my success.
What I like best about what
I do is: Lynn: I absolutely love helping people set a goal and bring their dream to fruition! I know that nothing is impossible – If someone wants a house, I know which lender to call and how to bring all parties together and make it happen. What I like best about what I do is: My business has so many di erent subsidiaries, I have the ability to provide short term loans, sell inventory or bid on government contracts. I have been able to sponsor events such as
city cleanup projects and the annual Legends Ball, as well as donate time and funds to such causes as the local nonviolence shelter and Belize medical missions.
My greatest successes have been: Seeing the babies in Belize get medicine and vitamins, providing glasses
to the elderly, and seeing the happiness in a family’s
eyes rsthand after they received a donation of diapers, clothing or furniture. My greatest success is helping to change the world daily.
What is something interesting about you that
not many people know? I completely believe in the psychology of extraordinary and supernatural beliefs and have traveled the world and lived in two other countries. I have experienced so many di erent cultures, and that has helped me tremendously in life and business.
