Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
My love of family and my two daughters were my inspiration. I wanted a profession that allowed me to be involved with people, my community, and families. As a realtor,
I have all of these joys, as well as a exible schedule to meet the needs of a mother with two active daughters.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:

type of profession would make you happy each day of your working career. There are so many opportunities for women in the workforce – choose your passion. If you are a person who enjoys change, choose
a profession that o ers varied positions or options that enable lateral movement. List the pros and cons of your dream job and evaluate how the job ts with your personality.

Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:
Don’t hesitate to speak out about what
your accomplishments are. Reach out into your community using your skills to help others. Try to maintain a positive, happy and encouraging attitude. It will not only help you but help and encourage other women
to do the same. Never speak negatively about your competitors, but emphasize your excellent reputation in the eld and your success. Remember to smile.
