My greatest business strength is my ability to negotiate and my involvement in every step of all transactions, from contract to close including inspections, insurance and appraisals. Being confident in what I do plays a major part in my everyday work.
The best advice I ever received is a great question to really make me think. When I started working with Carlene Alfonso, she told me to always answer my phone and a fellow coworker taught me to treat all transactions with the same respect, whether it’s a $5,000 transaction or a $500,000 transaction.
I chose this particular business on a whim when I was between jobs in 2012, a year after I purchased my home from a close friend to whom I can still turn
for guidance. I was raised in a family that sold everything from seafood and watermelons to used cars, batteries,
and farm animals. Before real estate, I worked at a local phone provider and found my passion for a career in the sales industry.
My inspiration comes from the satisfaction of a new home owner
or seller taking the next step in their lives. I particularly excel in first time homebuyers and thoroughly enjoy holding their hands and guiding them through the ultimate dream of home ownership!
