REAL PEOPLE of realestate
Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas, Cindy Pritchard was introduced
to real estate at a young age. “My parents owned their own real estate company, and I remember enjoying watching them bring buyers and sellers together.” She ultimately followed in her parents’ footsteps and has been in the industry for 20 years now.
Cindy was a Navy wife for 27 years, relocating with her husband on average every three years. While the transitions weren’t always easy, it gave her the experience
of living in seven di erent states. “I specialize in residential home sales, rst time buyers and military relocation,” she said.
“I feel like I truly understand my clients’ expectations when moving to Mississippi as well as how challenging relocation can be. I am able to anticipate questions and issues before they become problems and strive to make the home buying experience a joyful one.”
For Cindy, selling the Gulf Coast is easy. She and her husband relocated in 1998 and immediately knew this would be their nal destination. Since then, she has become involved in a number of community organizations,
including the Jackson County Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity and CASA of Harrison County. She has also served as president of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors.
