Margie McFarland is the broker and owner of e REAL ESTATE MarketPlace, a
full service rm serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast from their o ce in Courthouse Plaza in Gulfport.
McFarland earned her real estate license in 1993 and became a broker in 2011. She opened e Real Estate MarketPlace in 2008. Her team includes 11 licensed agents specializing in residential and commercial properties.
She is a past president of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and a past president of the Multiple Listing Service. She has served as chairman of many local realtor committees and served on and presently di erent state committees.
“I became a realtor because I enjoy connecting families with their dream homes,” said McFarland. “Over the years, I’ve built a base of not only clients but friends.”
As a broker, she enjoys developing new agents who go on to have successful careers and giving seasoned agents the support they need to continue in their success. McFarland hopes to grow her business in the future and is very excited about her new Courthouse Road location.
