It was inevitable that Stephanie Cowart would venture into real estate; she grew up in it. “My father talked it all my life! We took Sunday drives to ride around and look at real estate,” she recalls.
She works with Latter & Blum Shaw Properties, specializing in residential sales with buyers and sellers, plus land and easements.
“I want to know the ‘why’ and ‘how’ things work,” Cowart says. “ I worked as a land agent for a utility company and it has bene ted me in selling properties.”
Real estate is her passion; no
matter how big or small the deal. “I sell houses and know the real estate industry, but another part of my job is to sell our beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.”
Cowart grew up in Jackson,
o en visiting family on the Coast. She moved here 20 years ago and considers it home. She is a lifetime member of the Gulfport Junior Auxiliary, a volunteer for BOOST, and a member of Gulfport Yacht Club and Bayou Blu Tennis Club. She enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her 10-year-old son, Cli .

A residential real estate professional, Jennifer Parker has been with Latter & Blum Shaw Properties two years a er a successful career in the non-pro t sector where she worked hands on with community leaders.
In real estate, she loves working with families. “I like seeing their faces light up when they ‘ nd the one.’ Working closely with military families who are being transferred to the Coast and rst time home buyers is also very special and rewarding for me,” she said.
In sales she believes it’s always about the connection. “I love connecting with people so I can make their real estate experience special, memorable and most importantly, pleasant,” she adds.
In her community, Parker serves as a board member for Backpack Buddies and has worked with her son’s school as PTO president and board member. “Working closely with members of our community is key and giving back is most important to me,” she said.
