Colondres, White
BILOXI — Beau Rivage announced two recent promotion. Sugheiry Colondres was promoted to director of compliance, and Miranda White was named director of casino marketing.
 Most recently senior manager of casino finance, Colondres began her career
at Beau Rivage in 2006 as a casino accounting clerk. In her new role, she
will serve as a liaison to the Mississippi Gaming Commission on regulatory matters, coordinate Beau Rivage’s internal controls with all departments and handle responsible gaming and anti- money laundering issues. She will
also supervise the compliance team at Gold Strike.
Sugheiry Colondres
Miranda White
    Colondres received her B.A. in Business Administration/Management from The University of Southern Mississippi and serves on the Beau Rivage 2022 Social Impact & Sustainability Council.
White started at Beau Rivage in 2004 as an usher in the Beau Rivage Theatre and
has since held management positions in customer care and casino marketing/player development. White had held her most recent position of casino marketing manager since 2016.
In her new role, White will primarily focus
on leading the player development team, developing a strong customer base and generating revenue for the casino. White will also drive cross-property play that will be in line with the vision of MGM Resorts International and set goals and productivity targets for the budget and strategic plan. In addition, White will serve as a liaison between marketing, guest experience, hotel division, special events and customer care.

Advancements announced at Golden Nugget Biloxi
BILOXI — Golden Nugget Biloxi has announced a number of recent promotions. Promoted were Paul Clark to director
of human resources, Jennifer Wine to spa and retail manager, Brandon Coleman to count room manager and Tony Sparks to security shift manager.
Clark’s experience in all areas of human resources, which includes employee relations, training and development, compensation- and-benefits, and
performance management, will serve him well as the
new director of human resources. Clark graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administrative Studies.
He attained the human resource professional certification SHRM CP.
During his more than 20-
year human resources
career, Clark has worked for a variety of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.
Wine brings valuable experience to the post of spa and retail manager. She has worked in several different food and beverage outlets over the years as a food and beverage coordinator and retail manager, including overseeing operations of Essentials Gift Store, Style & Trend, and The Chocolate Box. Wine was awarded Landry’s Retail Manager of the Year in
2017 and the Golden Nugget Leader of the Year in 2018. Additionally, she has received multiple first-place awards for record retail sales.

Brandon Tony Coleman Sparks
Coleman joined the Golden Nugget team in April 2013 as a cage cashier. In September 2013, he was promoted to
a dual rate supervisor, and in November 2021, Coleman became count room manager.
A Gulf Coast native, Sparks began working at Golden Nugget in June 2020. He previously worked at Island View Casino Resort (2011-2018) and then IP Casino Resort Spa (2019- 2020) before starting at Golden Nugget.
Jennifer
      Gold Strike Promotion
Gold Strike promoted Arthur Heun to senior manager of table games. Heun has been in the casino business since 1994. Much of his career has been spent in table games, with a brief move to the sports book from 2018- 2022. Originally from Memphis, Heun studied journalism at the University of Memphis.
