New manager hires at Scarlet Pearl Casino
D’IBERVILLE — Two managers have recently been hired at Scarlet Pearl Casino Manager. Brandon Thomas has been named revenue audit manager, responsible for all of revenue audit operations, and Robert “Robbie” Oster has been named beverage manager, responsible for all beverage operations.
Thomas has 10 years in audit and accounting experience. His casino background is diverse, with 20 years in the industry starting in 2002 at Beau Rivage in operations. In 2010, he took an accounting position at Palace Casino Resort and was promoted to internal auditor in 2012.
Prior to coming to Scarlet Pearl, he worked for three years at Huntington Ingalls Industries as an accounting analyst before being promoted to business analyst in 2021.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi, and is currently pursuing his master’s in business administration and data analytics with

Robert “Robbie” Oster
manager at Hard Rock Biloxi. In 2014, Oster joined Rouses Enterprise in Thibodaux, Louisiana, as wine and spirits department manager/buyer.
Oster received his Associate
of Science degree from Delgado Community College in New Orleans. He is a recipient of a pin and induction from the International Sommelier Guild.
Housekeeping supervisor
WaterView Casino Hotel announced
the promotion of Stacey White to housekeeping supervisor. She has been with
the company for more than five years. White will assist in the hotel and casino housekeeping operations.
Louisiana State University Shreveport. Oster has more than 20 years of
experience in beverage management. He began his casino career in 1998 at IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi as beverage supervisor. In 2001, he moved to Beau Rivage as beverage supervisor and was promoted to beverage manager and then beverage administrator manager before making the move to New Orleans in 2006 and joining Harrah’s New Orleans as beverage manager.
After returning to the Gulf Coast a few years later, he worked as beverage
