For starters, one can find fried dill pickles served with a ranch dip; deep-fried shrimp with an orange sweet-and-spicy chili glaze; quesadillas with three cheeses plus pico de gallo and house salsa; house-made giant pretzels served with a beer cheese sauce and stone- ground mustard; and nachos that are sure to impress. The nachos consist of tortilla chips smothered in cheese sauce, chipotle creamed corn, queso fresco, jalapeno peppers, fresh
pico de gallo, green onions, house-made salsa and Cotija cream. There is a beef brisket, Cajun shrimp and pork belly tacos, as well as wings in quantities of six, 15 or 24, served with a wide variety of mouth-watering sauces.

Salad choices include a Caesar, steak (grilled teres major steak, crisp romaine, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, egg, pickled red onion and crispy onion straws), and Very Berry Pecan (strawberry, blueberry, crisp romaine, candied pecans, and a raspberry vinaigrette).
Dessert options include Mile High Cake, a strawberry cheesecake, peach cobbler, “Good ol’ Butter Roll,” and a chocolate chip cookie sundae. There is also a great pizza selection, lots of sides and party platter options.
Hours for BetMGM Book Bar & Grill are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
