WEST MEMPHIS — Southland Casino Hotel is inviting you to kick off a romantic evening by indulging in fine flavors at Ignite Steakhouse. From charcoal- grilled steaks to fresh seafood paired with wines or handcrafted cocktails, the menu offers mouth watering options. Just for the occasion, Ignite Steakhouse has a special Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two Menu priced at $150 available on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Dinner includes Champagne or two specialty drinks.
The appetizer is an Ignite Platter, which includes crab cakes, beef and bacon, shrimp brochette and Lambi Loli as well as a choice of soup or salad.
The salad is a farm salad made with local greens, tomato, pickled okra, carrots and radish. The soup is a potato soup with pork belly, potatoes and roasted corn.
Get a choice of one of these entrees:
• Surf-and-turf (6 ounce beef tenderloin, asparagus, and butter- poached lobster tail.
• Grilled salmon (Faroe Island salmon filet, roaster pepper salad and a tomato ginger chutney)
• Chicken Madeira (Seared chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, risotto, Bonnie Blue Farms cheese and Madeira sauce)

TUNICA — Fitz Casino & Hotel is offering a Leap Day Buffet that will have folks leaping to Fitz. It’s an All-You-Can- Eat Crab Legs Buffet on Thursday, Feb. 29, from 4 to 9 p.m. for $29. In other buffet news, Fitz Casino is now offering two buffet choices. First there is the $24.99 All-You-Can-Eat Buffet
Wednesday through Saturday. Second, on Thursday through Saturday for a total of $39.99. Diners can add a choice of one: sirloin strip steak, porterhouse pork chop or king cut prime rib.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays and 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.
