V.I.E.W. Service awards given at Island View Casino Resort
GULFPORT — Island View Casino Resort named several staff members as V.I.E.W. Service Achievement Certificate honorees.
The V.I.E.W. (Value, Initiative, Excellence, Wow) Service Achievement program recognizes employees who offer exemplary guest service at the Gulfport resort.
Among the group of employees selected were Jackielou Bautista, Lavontae Beverly, Pamela Brown, Kenneth Casey, Jamelia Colom, Alejandrina de Jesus,

Treasure Bay crewmembers honored for dedication
BILOXI — Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel recently honored top crewmembers for the second quarter of 2024. Nominated by their peers and supervisors, crewmembers are recognized for
their dedication, achievements and commitment.
Magen Patterson, cocktail server, was named Crewmember of the Quarter, and Alison Morgan, sous chef, was named Supervisor of the Quarter.
Patterson has been with Treasure Bay three years. “Magen is a great person
to work with,” said Atara East, a fellow crewmember. “She comes in every day with a great attitude and ready to work. She is always willing to help by working doubles or covering a shift if you need time-off. Magen is strong with a kind heart
and well deserves this honor.”
Morgan has been with the company
four years and cooks in The Cove restaurant. “From the time I met Chef Alison, I knew she was
a true leader,”
said Dominque
Love, Infinity
buffet manager.
“She took control
of her shift,
managing the
tempo throughout
the back of the house to keep the buffet running successfully, not to mention the countless hours of inventories
and administration work making sure everything was taken care of.”
Nominees Victoria Baker, Ryan Breland, Tina Dukes, Stephanie Fayard, Max Hamel, Jana Hogle, Walter Lashell, Casey Tatum, Richard Upshaw
and Freddie Wallace received a cash award and Treasure Bay gift card. Patterson and Morgan each received a cash prize, engraved trophy, a day off with
pay, and a reserved parking space. Both are also eligible for the Crewmember of the Year award.

Riverwalk Diamonds
Riverwalk Casino Hotel recognized its Riverwalk Diamonds for the first quarter of the year. Jermaine Grays, security, was honored as front-of-house team member, and Rodney Lindsey, surveillance, was back-of-house team member. Latisha Willis, hotel, was
honored as team leader. They each received $150 cash, a plaque, special parking and eight hours of PTO. Grays and Lindsey received a $50 Riverwalk gift card and Willis got a $75 gift card. Grays is pictured with General Manager Cathy Beeding.
Bally’s Best
Bally’s Vicksburg named its recent Team Member and Team Leader of the Quarter. Terry Anderson, maintenance
technician III, was named Team Member of the Quarter, and
Vakia McGee, Player Services supervisor, was named Team Leader of the Quarter. The winners, pictured with Vice President and General Manager Derrius Morris, each received a cash award along with special parking, a gift basket and an invitation to the annual awards banquet.
