Twenty years behind the chair have taught Brittany
Harrison that a great haircut is about more than
technique. It’s about helping someone recognize the
confident person staring back in the mirror.
As owner and master barber at Brewed Barber Co.,
Harrison specializes in precision cuts tailored to each
client’s personality and style. Her career has taken her
to master classes across the country, but opening her
own barbershop alongside her fiancé, James Noble,
marked an exciting new chapter. This year, Brewed
Barber Co. celebrated its first anniversary.
Harrison credits her mother with encouraging her
to attend cosmetology school when she saw potential
Harrison hadn’t yet recognized herself.
Becoming a mother to her daughter, Jade,
later reshaped her definition of success.
“I want to show her what it looks like
when a woman works hard, stays strong,
and doesn’t give up on her goals,” Harrison
said.
Along the way, Harrison has learned
to quiet her fear of failure and trust the
talent she spent decades developing.
Today, she finds fulfillment in creating,
mentoring her team, and building lasting
relationships with clients.
And when she’s not behind the chair?
She and Noble share a love of antiques—
fittingly, their first date was at an antique
store.
