Owner
Brandin Brosh embarked on her entrepreneurial journey with the launch of Charisma in downtown Ocean Springs in 2014. This trendsetting boutique combines modern style with affordability, appealing to a diverse range of customers and driving Charisma’s success. Offering everything from essential basics to outfits for special events, Charisma stands out.
As of August 18, the store celebrates a decade of dressing the community for every significant occasion – a milestone that holds deep personal significance
for Brosh. She treasures each customer, many of whom have become like family. When asked about
her success, Brandin often cites Florence Nightingale’s wisdom, “I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took an excuse.”
Eden Rubenstein, who has managed the store for
the past seven years, has been a crucial partner in Brosh’s retail journey. She attributes much of her retail expertise to Eden’s extensive experience, considering her essential to the store’s ongoing success.
In Brosh’s own words, “In Downtown Ocean Springs, where boutiques are abundant, it’s truly remarkable that each shop has something unique to offer. This diversity allows us to coexist and thrive together as
a community, contributing to our town’s recognition from USA Today as the nation’s Best Small Town
for Shopping and Best Coastal Small Town. I pride myself on having a keen eye for fashion and a strong commitment to customer service. As I like to say, I provide the community with a friendly smile and an outfit to match, creating an experience that keeps them coming back! I love Charisma and its customers, and I look forward to many years to come.”
