an idea, I research, formulate
a plan of action and start its execution,” she says. “As I navigate through my course of action, I am flexible in changing if everything is not going as planned. I have no fear of failure because what some see as failure I see as a learning opportunity.”
The best advice she’s ever received was from her father who told her she could do anything if she set her mind to it and didn’t let obstacles get her off track.
