Ashleigh Fallo is focused on being the best she can be. She’s trying to be a good wife, mother, and leader to her team. “I’ve learned to delegate a lot of mundane tasks to focus on things that really matter,” she explains.
She believes that it’s better to be great at select things than mediocre at a lot of things. “As women, we can have more on our plates – add a business, and we get burnt out quickly!” Fallo says. She has an excellent team that makes going to work fun and achieving goals easy. Even with the challenge of staying present in her business while being a mom of two young children, she’s figuring out ways to balance everything, including finding time for herself and spending time with her spouse.
“I live by the phrase ‘If it were easy, everyone would do it.’ It helps remind me that nothing worth having is ever easy.”

Chari Davis is an old soul driven by her passionate and creative heart. Born in Biloxi and raised in Bay St. Louis, Davis answered the call of her beloved youthful memories and set sail on a voyage of rediscovery. That voyage led to developing herself over the course of 22 years through
a career within the fashion, art, and design worlds, which took her everywhere from New York to Los Angeles.
Together with her husband, Craig, the two purchased what was, at the time, a historic 6,500-square-foot ice house and began the process of salvaging this industrial space. “Our purpose was to provide another design forward, artistically curated wedding and special event venue for the people of a place so very dear to my heart,” Davis says. And thus, The Jackson Pearl was born.
That dream has since expanded to include The Bootleg Howl, a private luxury vacation rental and photography location steps from the beach in historic Biloxi. “Together, these venues have been the backdrop of hundreds of monumental occasions, playing a magical role within the cherished memories of so many,” says Davis.
