Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
My family. My mother and grandmother were both RNs and my uncles and aunt are physicians, so going into the medical eld was always something that was I wanted to do.
What I like best about what I do is:
I often say, “I love my job, I love coming to work everyday.” Being a part of a team who work together to give our patients the best possible care is very rewarding.
Advice I would give to young females in business:
Be con dent in what you know, have humility in what you do not, and be persistent in the pursuit of your goals.
It’s important to support other women in business because:
As women we tend to wear many di erent hats and we need support from other women who understand that. When we are supporting one another and building each other up, we feel accomplished in each other’s victories and get to celebrate that with each other.
What’s something interesting about you that not many people know?
I really enjoy DIY projects... especially if painting is involved. I have repainted the entire interior of my home.
What are your favorite things to do on the Coast? Favorite restaurant, etc.
I enjoy exploring all our downtown areas across the Coast. I love shopping in our local businesses and dining in our local restaurants.
