The providers at Integrated Medical and Wellness Clinic are helping our clients stay healthy whether it is the common cold, u, or strep throat. Our providers offer lab testing, women’s health screening, and pediatric care. Other services offered are annual physicals, assistance with chronic health management, immunizations, and wellness exams.
We also provide services for chronic and acute conditions including, non-surgical treatments for Osteoarthritis, Weight Loss, Hair and Skin Restoration, Home Sleep Studies and more to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
