My greatest business strengths are: Desire, Passion, Focus and Determination. After my retirement from a successful career at Mississippi Power with 35 years of service, I’m blessed to be able to follow a dream that I’ve had my whole life. I’ve always had

What I like best about what I do is:
Building a new business from the ground up with our incredible staff. Meeting new customers and introducing them to our products and creating new menu items for them to enjoy.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs: Do your research and
plan carefully. Do what you love and don’t allow fear to stand in your way.
My greatest successes have been:
Completing college while raising four daughters, serving my country as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard and transitioning from retirement with the State of Mississippi to an entrepreneur.
