MONICA ELLIS
Monica joined Express Employment as a bilingual recruiter. Previously she was an Ecuadorian national sales and marketing director of a staffing company for 10 years in her native country. She has lived in Gulfport two years with her husband, a retired Navy Seabee Chief, and her three sons, three cats and a dog.
FERNANDO L. PEREZ
Hospitality/Casino Recruiter Fernando L. Perez is Peruvian and completed studies in Culinary Arts and Tourism. He has worked in the staffing industry for the past six years and is a bilingual recruiter at Express. He started from the bottom in all casino operations including kitchen, landscaping, trainer and supervisor. His wife is a lovely South Korean and they are the parents of six-year-old Oliver. Fernando loves to eat and try new foods from different cultures. He and his wife have traveled to Korea, Japan, Jeju Island, Peru and around the U.S. He considers his work team his new family.
JARED CROCKER
Jared is Vice President of Professional Search and has been with Express since 2012.
He graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jared is a member of the Specialized Recruiting Group at Express. Prior to joining Express, he sold real estate in Colorado for eight years. He currently resides in Pascagoula with his beautiful wife Kristin, and amazing children, Bishop and Aubree. Express provides Jared an opportunity to help people make differences in their own lives and help businesses along the Coast, all while working with friends.
KRISTIN CROCKER
A Contract and Search Specialist, Kristin has been with Express since 2014. Prior to joining Express, Kristin worked in the casino industry in various hospitality positions for more than eight years. Family is the most important part of Kristin’s life, and at Express she’s able
to work side-by-side with her husband, Jared, in our Specialized Recruiting Group. Kristin chooses to be a part of the Express team because of the culture and being able to make
an impact in the local community by helping others find jobs. When she’s not working, she enjoys time at the beach, movie nights with her family, and a nice glass of Pinot Grigio. Kristin lives in Pascagoula with her husband and her two beautiful kids, Aubree and Bishop.
