MOLLIE ROCKSTAD
Mollie is CFO/Operations Manager and has been with Express four years. She graduated from MGCCC with a degree in Hospitality and worked in the casino industry seven years. Mollie lives in Gulfport with her Husband, new baby daughter, and two dogs. She loves spending time with family and working on her fitness. “I love work- ing for many reasons, but the friendships are number one.”
CHAD PURDY
Chad Purdy, the COO/Franchisee, is also known as the King Kong of Sales. He played basketball and baseball for Pascagoula High School and continued his studies at the University of Southern Mississippi. Chad joined Express in 2006 as an outside sales representative. In his time with the company, he has worked in almost every role. He is the only Express sales representative in the nation to place in the Top 10 each of the last six years, out of more than 1000 other sales representatives. As the COO/ Franchisee, his focus is ensuring that each of our clients receives the highest level of service and that our procedures follow all EEOC, federal, and state hiring laws. Express provides Chad the opportunity to work closely in partnering with business owners across the Coast while being able to work with his best friends. He lives in Pascagoula with his wife Blair, and daughters, Caroline and Camille. When he is not making
sure our clients are happy, he enjoys playing golf, real estate investing, and doing whatever his three girls want to do.
JASON C. POOLE
Jason Poole- Owner/CEO of Express Employment Professionals in Biloxi/Gulfport, Hattiesburg and Auburn.
Jason started with Express 14 years ago. He resides in Pascagoula with his wife
of eight years and two daughters, Audrey and Halle Gray. He is a graduate ot the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance.
“Express is a special place to work. I started by hiring most of my friends, and then my friends hired their friends and on and on. Walking through the doors of Express is a lot like coming home. It’s a culture of friends, laughter, and hustle and there are not a lot of other places I would rather be than at Express,” he says. “We are in a unique industry in that the success of our business ultimately relies on how successful we can make other people. When other people win, so do we. When other people are successful, so are we. When our clients grow, so do we.”
