Daddy’s BBQ is unique in many ways. They are the home of nationally award-winning dry rubs, are active with The Giving BAK Foundation, and are a pop-up restaurant. They currently only offer curbside car line pick up at Bayou View Quick stop – therefore, there is no seating for this restaurant. They are not open daily, and all dates and times for pick-up are announced on their website and social media pages roughly ten days before
a pop-up event. Preordering is required on their website,

The wait is worth it! James Bates, owner, is immensely proud of the smoked whole meats and sides that the restaurant offers. With brisket, ham, ribs, Mama’s slaw, smoked pork & beans and more, there are plenty of delicious options for the BBQ lovers along the Coast.
