Employees participate in Beau engagement events
BILOXI — Beau Rivage recently hosted two employee engagement events, including the Employee Olympics. More than 30 teams of six put their skills to the test during the games, competing in the marble half pipe, chariots
of fire, toilet paper toss and buffer pad toss.
The team coming in first
place was “The House,” made
up of front services employees.
Second place was “The Desk
Jockeys,” hotel sales and
guest experience employees;
followed by “The Rain Makers,” revenue management, in third; and “Air Bears,” MGM Air, in fourth place.
Beau Rivage first held the Employee Olympics 20 years ago, with the event making a comeback this year to help build upon the employee experience. The

 competition was so well-received plans are already in the works for a similar event in the fall.
Earlier in the year, Beau Rivage leadership hosted a Hello Spring event in the employee dining room to celebrate team members for their hard work.

Team members enjoyed a spring-inspired menu and fresh smoothies, along with giveaways and games throughout the day.
