Stars of the SHOW
Beau Rivage named its recent Stars of the SHOW. To be named a Star of the SHOW is to receive the highest form of property-level employee recognition. The word SHOW comes from “smile & greet” (S); “hear the guest story” (H); “own the experience” (O); and “wow the guest” (W). For the past two years, supervisors have been nominating employees who go above and beyond in their roles. At Beau Rivage, Stars included Christian Pham, spa attendant; Christine Jordan, buffet cook; Ila Stuart, advertising coordinator; Stacy Dendy, customer care manager; Richard Greenwold, banquet setup; and Debbie Stafford, slot attendant.

Pearl Card Leaders

agent, received the honor in January. Debra Hampton, Player Services cashier, was named Pearl Card Leader of the Month for February. And, food server Elizabeth Lewis received the honor for March. Associates receive Pearl Cards when they get guest mentions on surveys. They each receive VIP parking for a month.
