Gold Strike rewards Star of the Show recipients
TUNICA RESORTS — Gold Strike has announced its Star
of the SHOW recipients for the first quarter. To be named a Star of the SHOW is to receive the highest form of property- level employee recognition at the casino resort.
The word SHOW comes
from “smile & greet” (S); “hear
the guest story” (H); “own the
experience” (O); and “wow the
guest” (W). For the past two years, supervisors have been nominating employees who go above and beyond in their roles. A committee reviews nominations and selects the
Stars of the SHOW for each
month, with the selected
employees receiving various
prizes.
Guest Experience Specialist Leslie David said guests are always excited about returning to the property to see the employees they have developed close relationships with over the years. He added that employees always take care of the guests and do their best to create that “fabulous and fun” getaway.
