Leadership changes announced at Horseshoe
TUNICA RESORTS — Horseshoe Tunica has announced leadership changes and promotions.
Pam Holub has been promoted to director of casino operations. In her new role, Holub will assume responsibility
for table games, slot operations, slot performance, poker room, and The Book. Holub, who was most recently manager of casino operations, began her gaming career in 1993.
Loretta Snipes has been promoted to director of hospitality. Snipes joined the team in 1994 and most recently served as hotel manager. In her new role, she is responsible for hotel, spa, Starbucks and retail operations.
Tammy Williams Hansen has been promoted to director of food and beverage. She is responsible for all restaurant outlets, employee dining, beverage, and banquet operations. Her career started in upscale restaurants in Indiana and Illinois. Hansen, who most recently served as executive chef, joined the company in 2000.

Tammy Young, director of human resources, will assume all leadership responsibilities for human resources.
In her expanded role, Young is responsible for employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, employee engagement, uniforms, HERO (employee-based volunteers), CODE Green, community relations and internal communications.
And Jonathan Hall, director of  nance, is expanding his  nance leadership role. In this new role,
