Heart Walk Cheerleaders
Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort cheered friends, family, and co-workers in the 2023 Gulf Coast Heart Walk. Together the team walked and rooted on others who walked, including heart disease survivors. Scarlet Pearl also raised $26,089.62 for the American Heart Association.

Donating to ACS
Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg donated $15,374.11 to the American Cancer Society for their Hope Lodge. The money was raised from guests who donated their cashout tickets and through team member donations. Ameristar General Manager Maureen Wasloski (second right) presented the check to ACS personnel.
Crewmembers Have Heart
Treasure Bay came together with friends, family and fur babies for the annual Heart Walk in Gulfport’s Jones Park in September. Crewmembers raised more than $5,000 for the American Heart Association over the past several months of fundraising, including sales of the company’s Heart Walk T-shirt. Snacks For Children
Pearl River Resort’s Geyser Falls Water Theme Park donated snacks for area children. The recipients of the 2,000 snacks included Choctaw Central High School, Neshoba Central High School (above), Philadelphia Middle School (below), Neshoba County Boys & Girls Club, and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Boys & Girls Club.
