Pep Rally
Beau Rivage employees from all departments cheered on the company and their team members at a pep rally held in September. At the event, leaders highlighted the
company’s accomplishments, team members, and goals for the future. At the end of the week, a tailgate party was held. A DJ played music, a caricature artist drew portraits for employees, and a variety of food and beverages were served. Beau Rivage team members also had the chance to compete in games.
Tailgate Party
Pearl River Resort employees enjoyed tailgate food and a fun atmosphere as the property celebrated football season during its 9th Annual Tailgate Party. As a special treat this year, entertainer Steve Azar (top, second from left) stopped by to say hello. A department tailgate tent competition was also launched at the event; the food and beverage team took the top prize.
Kicking Off The Season
Hard Rock Biloxi hosted an employee tailgate party to kick off the NFL season. A special meal was served in the buffet, games were played, and employees had a chance to win prizes that included Saints tickets and a new grill. Additionally, throughout the 2023 football season, employees are encouraged to wear the Hard Rock football jersey on any NFL game day to show their team spirit.
Seafood Festival
Boomtown Casino Biloxi participated in the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce Seafood Festival. The casino team offered Fat Tuesday daiquiris, jambalaya and chargrilled oysters. The event was held on the Biloxi Town Green in September.
