74th Choctaw Indian Fair is July 10-13
Enjoy live music, cultural activities, tournaments and much more
CHOCTAW — Pearl River Resort is busy perparing for the 74th Choctaw Indian Fair, which is just around the corner.
On July 10-13, 2024, Pearl River Resort will host its annual Choctaw Indian Fair. This offers a chance to see the rich culture of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians on display.
The event takes place at the Fairground, 101 Industrial Road, Choctaw, Mississippi. Much of this year’s entertainment lineup and events have been announced:
Wednesday, July 10, the Choctaw Indian Fair will start with opening ceremonies with Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben along with the Choctaw Indian Princess Pageant.
Thursday, July 11, Pearl River Resort will have Michael W. Smith performing live at the main stage.
Friday, July 12, the festival will feature the “I Love The 90s
Tour” featuring Blackstreet, Rob Base, Montell Jordan, and Young MC.
Saturday, July 13, closing ceremonies with Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben will take place. In closing the Choctaw Indian Fair, Tyler Hubbard will perform on the main stage.
Fair events include the Rez Run, which is held on the trails through the reservation of the Mississippi Choctaw and the Choctaw Indian Fairgrounds. All runners and fair visitors are welcome.
There is also the World Series Stickball Tournament, an Iron Warrior event, a volleyball torunament, cornhole tournaments, Gospel Night, a watermelon eating contest, a Little Mr. & Miss Choctaw Indian Fair Pageant and more.
