Earth Day Clean Up
Several Gulf Coast casinos
partnered with Mississippi
Power and the Mississippi
Department of Marine
Resources in the Renew Our
Rivers initiative for the annual
Deer Island Clean Up on Earth
Day. Volunteers from casinos,
including Golden Nugget (left)
and Beau Rivage (right), along
with area businesses, worked to collect more than a ton of trash and debris
to keep the barrier island beautiful.
Boxing Food
Ameristar Vicksburg team members recently spent
time volunteering at the Mississippi Food Network.
The team was able to pack hundreds of boxes that
were going to be distributed to those in need across
the state.
Growing Good Vibes
Boomtown Casino Biloxi
and Hollywood Gulf Coast
celebrated Earth Day with a
call to “grow good vibes.” The
two PENN properties gave
team members wildflower
seed packets and encouraged
them to plant the seeds and
grow the flowers.
