  Juneteenth Celebration
Harlow’s Casino Resort and Spa held a Juneteenth celebration for employees. There was food, dancing and trivia games with prizes for the Federal holiday, which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. Plus, employees were encouraged to wear their Juneteenth T-shirts with jeans. The June fun day also served a thank you to employees for their high score in a recent engagement survey.
   Pickleball Tournament
Beau Rivage hosted its second annual employee pickleball tournament in May. More than a dozen teams representing departments, including table games, food and beverage and executives, participated in a fun outing at outdoor courts. (Below, left) The team Dink Around and Find Out with Bobby Vo and Tony Nguyen from poker took first place, while Shake and Bake Reloaded (executive team and hotel ops) finished a close second. Rush Hour (beverage and table games) came in third place and the Neon Divas (hotel and charter) received the Spirit Award. The event raised nearly $1,000 for the MGM Resorts Foundation.
    Annual Golfing Day
Hard Rock Biloxi employees came together on the links for a day filled with sunshine, teamwork and relaxation. From big swings to even bigger laughs, the
property’s annual golf tournament was the perfect way to celebrate employee spirit — both on and off the course. Guest Services employees Dakoata Champion and Brandon Rogers led their four-person team to first place, winning a round of golf at The Oaks Golf Club.
