GULFPORT — The Promenade at Island View Casino Resort serves as the welcoming entrance to the casino, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests as they arrive. It also serves as an area where unique eateries can be found, each offering a distinct experience.
Along with The Coffee Shop, featuring freshly made sandwiches,
salads and baked goods, there is the
Beignet Cafe, the Sweet Stop and
The Diner, a popular restaurant with
quick bites and blue plate specials.
We visited the restaurants in Island
View’s Promenade, starting with The
Diner for dinner before indulging in house-made candy and hot, powdery New Orleans-style beignets.
