5. Security and Privacy:
a. Do not share sensitive or confidential information unless you’re certain of the platform’s security.
b. Adhere to TMCF’s privacy policies regarding the recording or distribution of material from meetings.
c. Verify the participant list to ensure that only authorized individuals are present.
d. Be cautious when sharing your screen to avoid exposing sensitive information.
e. Do not use personal backgrounds that might reveal sensitive information.
6. Post-Meeting Protocol:
a. If you were the host, ensure the meeting is properly ended to prevent unauthorized use of the conference room.
b. Follow up with relevant notes, action items or materials via email or the agreed-upon communication channel.
c. Provide feedback or a summary, if necessary, to participants or those who couldn’t attend.
d. Store recordings or chat logs securely if they contain any sensitive information.
7. Policy Enforcement:
a. Breaches of this etiquette policy may result in removal from the virtual meeting or future invitations, depending on the nature of the infraction.
b. Continuous disregard for this policy may lead to formal repercussions in line with TMCF’s broader disciplinary guidelines.
c. Questions or concerns about conduct in virtual meetings should be directed to the meeting host or a relevant authority within TMCF.
